If you want a professional, honest experience, then this is probably not the place for you. We found out after the buy that the vehicle was in a wreck that was not disclosed and that it had more "owners/han is probably not the place for you. We called to talk and it was "too bad you already signed we can't help you...don't worry we did an inspection and it has a clear title you should be good." We went to pick it up and it wouldn't start!! They replaced the battery which got it running but said that might not be the real problem!!! We are at fault for not thoroughly vetting them/the vehicle history and having expectations that what they said was true and that they cares about more than $$$. Beware!!!! We didn't see all the red flags until it was too late. Hopefully we weren't totally screwed over...only time will tell. Also they said they specialize in trucks, so if you are looking for some thing different I think it is like ordering chicken at a steakhouse... it will probably be dry, bland and leave you unsatisfied. More
Just finished up our second purchase from NAP, and we are so happy with the customer service we received. We’ve had many negative experiences with other dealerships. Pushy, dishonest, rude salesmen see are so happy with the customer service we received. We’ve had many negative experiences with other dealerships. Pushy, dishonest, rude salesmen seem to be everywhere these days. But, not JT. From the beginning, he listened to us explain what we needed/wanted and what we could afford. He never put on any pressure. Rather he made sure he was doing everything in his power to provide the best vehicle for our family. We appreciate his friendly and straightforward personality. He definitely earned our business. Thanks for everything, JT! More
Back in Nov we bought a car from them and immediately it was making noises like the fan belt had issues. We told them about it and they wouldn’t do anything. Then just a few days ago while driving on the was making noises like the fan belt had issues. We told them about it and they wouldn’t do anything. Then just a few days ago while driving on the freeway all the lights started flashing, the check engine light went on and the car totally died on the freeway and wouldn’t restart. Even the hazard lights wouldn’t work. Had to pay to tow it to them which then they tell us that is the price of ownership and if we had come to them within the first 30 days they could help us. But we had told them about it several times before the 30 days. We also paid for a carfax report after this happened and found out that there is structural damage on the car reported in October by the seller to the buyer which was then. So they knew about it. They said that they don’t have to report structural damage to us. What a crock! When a car is sold as is we need to know what the “as is” is. Funny thing is with a couple to other cars we asked about they said oh those have structural damage and that’s why they are so much less money. But they said nothing about the car we bought with structural damage for $17k! And carfax says retail is $11k for this car because of the damage. Many insurance companies won’t even insure a car with structural damage because it is unsafe. And one of the employees who had to jump it just to push it into the lot said it was barely running on 1 cylinder and would not be safe to even drive it down the street. So, we are supposed to pay for a car loan for a car we can’t even use and is unsafe??? It hasn’t even been two months! And they kept trying to get us but another car and pay to fix this one and put this one up for rent saying this is the perfect time to do it since the other loan hasn’t been reported to our credit yet. How shady is that?!? Don’t buy from them! They will rip you off. We are filing a formal complaint with the Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division. More
Worse experience I got sent to two different locations and when I got to Sandy location the Jeep Wrangler wasn't even there,they used other vehicles online to get you there so they can sell you a car ! and when I got to Sandy location the Jeep Wrangler wasn't even there,they used other vehicles online to get you there so they can sell you a car ! Kids walk around with disrespectful smirks on their face. The general manager will act like he’s helping you out but really just taking advantage of you. They buy crap cars and sell them to desperate people in bad situations sometimes putting the person into a even worse of a situation. you’ll call for assistance or advice and just be laughed at. The general manager sold me a Hyundai Veloster. Not after 45days it now needs a new transmission and because of being out of a car for a day while it was being looked at I was laid off from my job as a result. They don’t care about anything besides them selfs and steroids. I explained I was in a car accident, and needing a reliable car for work and back. They sold me the Hyundai Veloster. Worked fine for 40days then the transmission locks up and needs to be looked at by a mechanic. While being looked at I miss a day of work and get laid off! Thanks national auto plaza you made my life so much more less complicated then before! I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from that business EVER! More
JT texted me after seeing my truck posted for sale on KSL saying he could get me almost what I wanted for for truck on a trade in. I came in to the dealership and was greeted by JT. He then proceeded to show saying he could get me almost what I wanted for for truck on a trade in. I came in to the dealership and was greeted by JT. He then proceeded to show me any truck I wanted. We even went 20 min south to their store in American fork to get me the truck of my dreams! I told him I wanted to see if it would fit in my garage and so he let me drive it home real quick to park in my garage before buying. No greasy salesman here. This is a great dealership with every vehicle you could imagine. NO IDEA WHY THIS PLACE HAS BAD REVIEWS! If you have had a bad experience in the past call them up and say hey give me JT this guy will take care of you! More
