Terrible on phone customer service Two stars only because one person I talked to actually tried to help me out after I had missed several calls from them. Finally got on the phone with Two stars only because one person I talked to actually tried to help me out after I had missed several calls from them. Finally got on the phone with the guy trying to call me maybe talked for 10 seconds when you then hear him talking to a co worker and he set the office phone down hearing it hang up. I then replied to an earlier text from him saying it was unnecessary to hang up on me. To no surprise he replies with I didn’t and proceeds to tell me to text another sales guy which is a number I don’t have. Anyway the run around was ridiculous after the customer service on the phone I can only imagine the run around you’d get in the dealership in person. Just terrible. Good luck NAP have a great day. Never Never Again NEVER AGAIN, Lesson learned to late. Had a good experience with the buying of my truck. But the problem begin shortly after that day. Long story sh NEVER AGAIN, Lesson learned to late. Had a good experience with the buying of my truck. But the problem begin shortly after that day. Long story short, my truck required over $7,000.00 in repairs after buying. I understand that not all problems can be seen. But in trying to get a hold of anyone to see if maybe they would be interested in maybe extending a good Customer Service hand I received not even a phone call from anyone. In sparing names, my receipts were even presented to owner of the company and not even a phone call. My repairs could have exceeded well over $12,000.00 in repairs but some people still care about good Customer Service and helped me out as much as they could. Having had this experience with NAP I have since bought a new car as have many of my family members and friends. None of them have bought from NAP based on my recommendation. I will never buy another car from NAP again. They are truly there to sell you a car and that's it!!! More
