If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback from this dealership two months ago. It “drove great” during my test drive and within a week of bringing it home it More

Dear Alexa, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your 2012 Subaru Outback. We strive to ensure that all our vehicles are in the best possible condition and regret that this was not your experience. We understand your frustration, but it’s important to note that all vehicles we sell are used, and while we do our best to inspect and service them, no one can guarantee that unforeseen issues won’t arise after the sale. This is why we provide a warranty to cover main parts, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. Regarding your situation, our warranty does cover repairs for main parts, including the ones you’ve mentioned. However, the warranty pays for repairs at a standard hourly rate, and it appears that your mechanic’s rate of $150 per hour is significantly higher than the average rate. The warranty is designed to cover the cost of repairs, not complete replacements like an engine, unless the necessary diagnosis and approval processes are followed. The warranty is able to pay for repairs, but you are asking for a full replacement, which the warranty company can’t do. Additionally, you asked for a refund and return of your car after two months. This policy is not applicable even for new cars, and your vehicle is used. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we are committed to working with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Mohammad Qadire Nationwide Motors LLC

You would think the warranty would cover repairs for main parts but I have been informed that if the mechanic follows through with what the warranty company are asking and they find any damage on the engine block or deck at all they will deny the claim and I am them responsible for 12 hours of labor for them breaking down the engine. Also I have called many mechanics in my area and have not found one that has an hourly rate less than $130 an hour that offers tear downs (which is required by the warranty company) so their “average” hourly rate is unrealistic. In a Subaru when the head gasket combusts it is necessary to replace the engine because of the damage it causes. Only replacing the head gasket will lead to my engine failing. ADDITIONALLY, I have called several times since purchasing the car and texted over the course of the two months of owning the car and was never offered a solution. I was only told “sorry go through your warranty company”. And when I called the warranty company they asked me what the dealership I purchased the car from offered to rectify my car that is falling apart and I informed them that you are doing nothing. So as I’ve been asking for the last 2 months we need to resolve this.
