My 2nd Subaru From Nate Wade Subaru - Service I previously owned a 2008 Subaru Outback, purchased new at Nate Wade Subaru in December 2007. The main reason for purchasing my Second Outback (this I previously owned a 2008 Subaru Outback, purchased new at Nate Wade Subaru in December 2007. The main reason for purchasing my Second Outback (this time a 3.6R Limited) from Nate Wade Subaru after 169,000 hard desert and mountain miles, was Mitch Leavel and Gerald Thompson in the Service Department. It is the most thorough and trustworthy automobile service department I have ever been to, and one of the main reasons for purchasing my 2nd Subaru at Nate Wade. I never worry where in the hinterlands of the various mountain ranges in the Wide Open Western US my next road-trip will be, as I know I will make it back safely. They always take the time to answer my questions to completeness. My car salesman, Robb Patterson, was the perfect amount of "mellow" coupled with an even-keeled patience, as I am a high-strung individual who just wanted the 6-Cylinder Outback with a Sunroof. He was extremely detailed in responding to my questions, and there was little to "haggle," as I was a returning customer to Nate Wade, and Nick Poulos took care of me. More

I worked back and forth with him for details and a price. He was very responsive and helpful and didn't tell me to come test drive the car before he would get me price, which is what I got from A LOT of other online dealers. Nick gave me a quote by email. I liked it so I went to the dealership to meet him and test drive the car. There were no surprises. It was exactly as he quoted and the car was exactly as they advertised. Everything was to the point, which is what I was looking for. Nick Smith's responsive, no pressure sales approach is what got me to drive an hour to their dealership and not go anywhere else. Nick proved you can buy a car online with no pressure and honest practices but you must go to Nate Wade Subaru! More

Regardless of whether you are a first time customer, or a repeat customer, the people at Nate Wade treat you the same. They treat you honestly, courteously, and with respect. It really is a pleasure to do business with them. On this occasion, we were helped by Nick Smith and Nick Westover. Those two young men were very patient, friendly and helpful in finding us the car we wanted. Brock and Brett Kassing worked with us on the price, and Nick Poulos completed the paperwork. It was an easy, and stress free transaction from start to finish. I could go on at length about how highly I think of this dealership and its employees, but the fact that I continue to buy my Subarus there speaks volumes about the high regard I have for Nate Wade Subaru. It was really nice to be alone with my husband and honestly discuss the car without a salesperson in the back seat. My sales representative, Mario, did an excellent job of answering all my questions and explaining the features of the car. He did not pressure me at all which I really appreciated. My buying experience was straight forward and easy. I'm loving my new Outback! More
