I'm not sure I will buy a Subaru (I was in the market for a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him. Very helpful, very friendly, not obnoxiously salesy like most of the other salespeople I have met in this process. Honestly, I considered the Outback just to deal with Dalton. More
It was such a pleasure to work with Larry Grobstein and Dalton Remigi on purchasing a new car. I can't recommend both of them enough. When it came time to talk to the finance department Nick Poulos was a pleasure to work with. He walked through and explained everything concerning the purchase of my new vehicle. It is employees like this that make people like me want to come back and purchase in the future from the same people. More
My daughter owns a subaru that was sold and served through Nate Wade Subaru in SLC. The dealership performed a full inspection of the car prior to her purchase. 3 months after the purchase the check e through Nate Wade Subaru in SLC. The dealership performed a full inspection of the car prior to her purchase. 3 months after the purchase the check engine light came on and there was issues with the engine starting. The issue was simple, the battery has a bad cell, but in trying to determine the issues she brought the car back to NWS for an inspection. NWS charged her $180 for what they said was an inspection of the systems of the car. They indicated that they checked all of the systems and fluids. When we went to pick up the car, they did not provide an inspection list of what was done. We asked for one and had to wait 20 minutes for them to provide one. What happened was - they made one up. They checked a bunch of boxes indicate what work was done - including fluids. After paying the $180 bill, I checked the fluids and found the oil low, the transmission fluid low, the wiper fluid container empty and absolute no trace of them having checked anything on the car. My recommendation to all is to NEVER, EVER BUY OR USE NATE WADE SUBARU FOR ANYTHING. They appear to be a Fraudulent firm to work with and only want to take advantage of unsuspecting people without doing any work whatsoever. In the end I had to charge up the battery and the issue resolved itself - costing me $180 on my daughter's behalf. More
