My experience was extremely poor. I had called days in advance to make an appointment for two things (a recall software update and a bad tire pressure sensor). I was an hour early (8 am) for the appointment only to find out their tire machine had been broken since before the appointment. Though frustrated I decided to leave the car to get software update handled. They assured me it wouldn't take long. I called them at lunch and they said they would work on it soon. They never called. I went by at approximately 5:40 pm (website indicated they were open until 6 pm). They were closed. The car hadn't moved since I parked it. I took the car home and came back in the morning to get my extra key. They didn't realize I'd picked it up and then admitted nothing had been done to the car. Very frustrating. More
