Could not have had a worse experience from a car dealership. Bought a 2017 RAV4 from Toyota Nashville North along with the Toyota Autocare Plus Premium policy for all maintenance, roadside assistanc dealership. Bought a 2017 RAV4 from Toyota Nashville North along with the Toyota Autocare Plus Premium policy for all maintenance, roadside assistance, and scratch and dent care no larger than a credit card. From the start: -they filed the paperwork wrong and I had to go back in the next day to redo the paperwork. I continued to be billed from Toyota Financial Services from 2 accounts for multiple months. -the first scratch we ended up with, I called to get fixed. I got the run around about there being a guy named Tweety that Toyota hires out to fix all body work. The service department told me that he was only there on Tuesdays. When I called to set it up at my next availability, I was told there was nobody names Tweety. After multiple calls I got ahold of management and they said there is a Tweety but he's on vacation. After finally setting up a date, I took the RAV4 for in for Tweety to fix. I never met Tweety but spoke directly with Robert "Bob" Ambuhl. He took the car back to Tweety in the back of the shop and 20min later said "this" is the best we can do since we don't have a paint shop in house. The scratch was not fixed and it looked like there was a matte black stain placed on the scratch. Bob Ambuhl did not offer to make it right. I left the dealership in hopes to contact the owner and file with the BBB. I since have attempted to contact Bob and other maintenance staff for a refund on the Autocare Plus policy since it does not cover what they said it would and can not get anybody to call me back. They won't allow me to cancel the policy either without coming in. I work 45min from the dealership. -I called back yesterday (9/23/20) to again attempt to make the situation right. I was repeatedly sent to voicemails (namely, Bob Ambuhl) even after I was told by one of his associates that he was still there for the day. I was told that I would receive a call back this morning (9/24/20) by Kelly at 0700. I have received no such phone call. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If the situation remains to be ignored by Nashville Toyota North, I will purse litigation. Do yourself a favor and buy your car from somebody else. More

my exclusive dealership I have been utilizing this dealership since my first corolla in 2005 when the dealership was Rivergate Toyota, (now has moved and become Nashville Toy I have been utilizing this dealership since my first corolla in 2005 when the dealership was Rivergate Toyota, (now has moved and become Nashville Toyota North,,same people same service). I have always dealt with Jack Holt since my first buy and 15 years later I have purchased 7 vehicles through Jack and this particular dealership. Number 1,,, the toyota brand is exceptional, these are good dependable vehicles, but the dealership has also been exceptional, I use their service department for all my maintenance, and have always been given fair and knowledgeable service. Jack Holt has always been straightforward and fair with me. I am 69 years old and have dealt with many car sales people through out my life and have found Jack to be always transparent and well prepared. I feel that if I offer a fair price, I will get the vehicle I want. Of course I also realize that upper management signs off on all contracts, so I am thankful to them also. Truthfully, this dealership makes the act of purchasing a vehicle easy and kind of fun. Delivery of vehicle is over the top. What more can I say? More

Dave and the Sales Manager were very transparent on pricing and market value. They also gave us a fair trade value for our vehicle. When we arrived vehicle was cleaned and ready exceeding expectations. We were treated to lunch and off on our way. Even though we had shopped for our own financing the Finance manager was able to get us a better rate. Overall a great experience for someone who has realistic expectations of the buying process. Definitely recommend. Thank you. More
