Exactly How the Car Buying Experience Should Be! Johnson took care of me and executed with precision that I have never seen before. This was my first new car and he made it an enjoyable experience fr Johnson took care of me and executed with precision that I have never seen before. This was my first new car and he made it an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. He knew when to back off and let me be, he knew when to engage and be there for me. He got me the numbers I wanted in a very quick timeline, never felt pressured or like I was being sold something I shouldn't be buying. The first car I test drove was out of my price range by $6-7K, once I told him that, he worked up new options on the spot that fit my needs and price range. I have bought 3 Toyota's in my lifetime (4runner, Tacoma, Camry) and by working with Johnson and crew, I will be back again when the time is right. Thanks! Greg More

We have never been to Rivergate Toyota before, but found the visit to be very pleasant. Mr. Flouhouse went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We drove from Cadiz, Kentucky to see a particular car the visit to be very pleasant. Mr. Flouhouse went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We drove from Cadiz, Kentucky to see a particular car and Mr. Flouhouse made sure that the automobile we were interested in was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions after we got home about the car we purchased and Rivergate and Mr. Flouhouse responded immediately to our concerns. I will tell my friends and family about Rivergate Toyota and will return myself when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. More

The first time I brought my 2012 Scion tC to Rivergate Toyota was because my service light was on. The people at service looked up my vehicle and I found out that my car has a free servicing, and I was to Toyota was because my service light was on. The people at service looked up my vehicle and I found out that my car has a free servicing, and I was told i would receive a tire rotation. I left my car at the dealership, and when i got it back, I received a multi-point inspection, all my fluids topped off, tire pressures filled to the recommended spec, and I found out they did a full synthetic oil change all for free! All technicians are ASE certified so I knew my car was in great hands. More

Got a great price off the internet sale price link. Went in to buy, had 3 different colors to choose from, so that took a little while, Cian (pronounced SEAN) was very nice and co operative in our getting t in to buy, had 3 different colors to choose from, so that took a little while, Cian (pronounced SEAN) was very nice and co operative in our getting the right color. Everything went smooth, this is our 2nd car from Rivergate...and we will continue to use Rivergate whenever we need a GREAT car!! More
