Other dealers did not believe the out the door price Toyota North gave me . We researched for several weeks and talked to many dealerships . Some were deceptive, some were honest but would not budge on Toyota North gave me . We researched for several weeks and talked to many dealerships . Some were deceptive, some were honest but would not budge on price even if they marked it up several thousand just because of demand during the chip shortage. Toyota North was the one exception honest and straight forward! They worked with me better than any dealership has EVER . We were in and out in one hour . Thanks guys ! More

I took my Rav4 in to get checked out for a popping noise and as I was from out of town I didn’t want to travel back home without having it checked out. Initially Dax in the Service Department was pleasant. and as I was from out of town I didn’t want to travel back home without having it checked out. Initially Dax in the Service Department was pleasant. He found the problem and told me that they could get the part in the next morning and I could pick up my car up in the afternoon. This being on Friday and I could get my car on Saturday I was pleased. However when I called on Saturday morning to see when I could up my car I was informed that Dax didn't work on Saturday and the part was not in. I was told to call first thing Monday morning as he was the only person who could answer my question. When I called early Monday morning I was told he was not but she would leave a message to call me when he got in.. Not receiving a call by 11:00 AM I called him. He informed me that my car was being worked on and should be ready in another hour or so, When I told him that I felt I had been misled he became curtly dorrybyou feel that way. When I picked up my car and ask to be informed about what they had done to my car. Once again he was very curt and rude stating what I told you on the phone. What he told me was a suspension rod but what they replaced was a sway bar. I have no idea what this is and asked him to explain to me what it was. All I expected was some honest answers and understanding that I needed some explanations. I have dealt with Toyota dealerships in two states and this is the first time I walked away feeling very unhappy with the service I received. I would not recomnend this dealership service department. Purchased a new limited edition Toyota van in 2020. Some time later my daughter wanted to use the vcr to play a movie for her daughter. We found the head sets but no remote. I told the sales manager who said I waited to long but would check. No reply. I told him you take for granted that everything is in the vehicle like your spare tire. He said I did not have a spare. The service department said yes you do it is under the vehicle passenger side door. I wonder how well the sales force knows the product they are selling. Will contact Toyota Care to solve the problem. More
