I've heard that before but took a shot and headed to the dealership. From the opening of the dealership door to the delivery of my truck, I was at ease. I got the vehicle I wanted in a reasonable amount of time and was on the road. Oh, did I forget about the cold water and Hershey chocolates? Thanks Harry! More
Bad service My name is Mamoon Chelky and I was dissatisfied with my purchase of a vehicle, which purchased on Monday, August 10, 2015. The vehicle was a 2015 Toyo My name is Mamoon Chelky and I was dissatisfied with my purchase of a vehicle, which purchased on Monday, August 10, 2015. The vehicle was a 2015 Toyota Sienna LE. As I walked in the store to purchase a 2015 Toyota Sienna LE, with Beige interior with black exterior, I was told by the sales manager that there was no such vehicle currently on the lot but they were able to have one matching that description the next day before 5 P.M. However, I was told that I must sign a contract on Monday before they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted by Tuesday. So I agreed to signing the contract and having my credit pulled. I was called on Tuesday morning, August 11, 2015 and was told that they could not get me the vehicle anymore as it was no longer available but they were able to get me one which was 400 to 500 miles away and I agreed to these terms. However, five minutes later, the sales manager called me saying that this was also unavailable and offer was given to back out of the contract. For the third time, I was offered a different vehicle which would arrive before 5 P.M., which I agreed to. However, the vehicle didn't arrive until after 5 P.M. When I went over there, the vehicle was black exterior, and grey interior, instead of the color I wanted, which was beige. Also, when I was inspecting the exterior paint, I noticed that the paint was damaging and bubbling up from dirt, dust, and sitting in the sun too long. With the vehicle being a brand new 2015 vehicle, I told him that I did not want the vehicle under the condition it was in, and he offered to buff the car to get rid of the bubbles. As I waited for them to finish the buff job an hour later, I still noticed a good amount of bubbles left on the paint. Still not being offered a decision to back out of the contract, I was then offered a fourth vehicle that was already on the lot and was on sale for at least $1,500-$2,000 dollars cheaper, with white exterior and grey interior. After everything was finalized, and I was getting ready to leave, I noticed that the car didn't have any floor mats and went back inside to tell them about it, I was told that this vehicle doesn't come with any floor mats. After about five minutes, he decided to order me some floor mats and I asked him that since it doesn't already have floor mats and you're going to order them for me, if I exchange the floor mats for something, such as a towing package, or to change the cloth seats to leather seats, and I would pay the difference, he refused, but he offered me a organizer box, which I didn't need. So I ended up walking away with a 2015 Toyota Sienna, with a white exterior, grey interior. On Wednesday, August 12, 2015, I made a complaint to Toyota Corporate office to tell them what happened. On Thursday, August 13, 2015, I called them back to see what was going on with the case, and they connected with me with the store manager of original purchase location and told him I was very unhappy and dissatisfied with the end result. I was told by the store manager that I was able to back out of the contract within 3 days, and less than 100 miles on the vehicle but I was not notified on the day of purchase. Since I wasn't aware of this, I had already went over my 100 mile limit but was still under my 3 day limit. However, since I was already over my 100 mile limit, I was told that it was too late to return it. Afterwards, I was told that I could purchase something else instead of the floor mats, while paying difference, but since the sales manager told me he couldn't do it, and the floor mats were already in, it was also too late to do that. The car I ended up purchasing was cheaper than the original car I purchased and I wasn't offered the difference back. When I told him I am going to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau, that he didn't care and that my complaint wasn't going to get anywhere. After I told him about this complaint I was going to make, that he was going to be able to talk to his manager and see if he was going to be able to pay me the difference and that he would be able to let me know something by Friday, August 14, 2015. He didn't call me by 12 P.M. noon so I decided to call him and ask what was going on and he said he refused to pay me the difference. In conclusion, I am stuck with a $34,000+ 2015 Toyota Sienna LE, with white exterior, grey interior, in which I never wanted in the first place, with no offer to back out of my contract. More

I had a wonderful salesperson Jennifer Butler that worked with me from test d I purchased a 2015 RAV4 from Rivergate Toyota on Thursday of last week.. I had a wonderful salesperson Jennifer Butler that worked with me from test driving all the way to finalizing my purchase. She answered all my questions, made sure all the paperwork was in order so that the sale went smoothly. She gave me a brief overview of the functions of the RAV and even made sure I set up my 5000 check up. They help locate the color RAV I wanted because their was not one on the lot. The financing went smoothly and I was out the door in less than 2 hrs. I would surely recommend Rivergate Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota. Their service was better than any I have received in prior car purchases. Their staff is very knowledgeable and shown in how the dealership operates. More
