Ben was off and then got hooked up with Jimmy in which he never pressured me either. I ended up buying a truck in which I'm very happy with. They gave me a great deal on my vehicle as a trade in. Great customer service and a lower price! I came in to Rivergate Toyota looking for a new Tacoma. I had been to another dealership earlier the same day and Rivergates staff was far better at m I came in to Rivergate Toyota looking for a new Tacoma. I had been to another dealership earlier the same day and Rivergates staff was far better at making me feel welcomed and appreciated. The sales associate who worked with me was Garret Short who did an excellent job and was very professional and friendly. Negotiating a price was stress free and Rivergate was able to beat the other dealers price. Rivergate worked with me to make sure the transaction would go smoothly and I am beyond happy with my new truck! More

Her response time was unbelievable in providing me with a few choices based on the criteria I had given her. The paperwork process was painless, I had little to do other than sign the papers! Poor customer service / harassment The price advertised for avalanche truck on the lot was $1000.00 more than the price they advertised it for online. The salesman asked me how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle so I pulled up one with the same specs for 2000.00 less than theirs. The manager, whom I never met until we were walking out, tried to say that the other truck I found to price match was In "Canadian miles" which was more miles than the one they were selling. So I called the other dealership to prove that miles in Canada are the same as miles in the U.S.A. The manager still refused to price match. He claimed the carfax was clean but when I looked through the owners kept records they gave me I found where the side mirror had been changed and the trim on the same side was visibly damaged and coming off on the lot, which they also refused to fix upon purchase. They have poor business ethics, do NOT buy a car there and expect that they are telling you the truth! After I made this post the salesman called my personal cell phone from the information he had taken earlier when we test drove the avalanche. He initially started asking me why I made this post, but when I tried to explain the facts behind the claims he began calling me a liar over and over agian. Telling me that he knew it was me because of my big fat mouth. When I tried to talk over him he kept telling me to "shut up, shut up you liar". So i waited almost two minutes for the barrage of hateful words to stop and then once again I calmly tried to explain that he acted in an unprofessional manner and displayed poor business ethics, just like using my personal information that was taken for a test drive which should have been discarded after the failed transaction concluded, but instead he was now using against my permission to make this harassing phone call from the dealerships phone number that came through on my caller ID. I then went on to point out the discrepancy between the sticker price and the online price but was cut short as he once again started with more negative commentary and concluded the conversation with "I'm done with this I don't have time for this" and hung up the phone on me. I was left standing in toys r us, where I was buying Christmas presents for my children, in disbelief and visibly shaken at what had just taken place. This is proof once again that this dealerships employees are unprofessional and employ unethical practices. Even as I write this now I am concerned that this new information is only going to result in future retaliation. I should not have to feel this way over posting an honest report on my experience with this dealership. More

I showed up and within 5 minutes was given key to go check out a car. I went outside and it was beautiful. I looked in the inside and the vehicle had just what I wanted. When I set up my appointment the previous day, I only told salesman that I wanted another Toyota Camry. It's a good feeling to deal with someone that knows you so well they just pick out your vehicle for you. Johnson Fabiyi is my salesman for life! More
Solved no problems, but did create a new one I took the car in because the trunk release mechanism wasn't working and because I smelled a burning/melting plastic with much driving. They addressed the burning/melting odor by spraying air freshener on the cabin air filter. I don't think they bothered to drive the car. I am allergic to air freshener so I will now have to take the car someplace else to get a new cabin air filter. Did they really think I took a half day vacation to drive up there for AIR FRESHENER? Now I still have the melting/burning smell AND a fouled cabin air filter. When I asked about the trunk release mechanism I was told that "its' hard to open". Well yeah, that's why I took it to them. Also, they left me sitting in the waiting room an hour and a half for this, didn't bother to tell me that the "work" was complete. I discovered it myself, when I wandered to the parking lot in frustration. They do not have a problem-solving approach. They have a do-as-little-as-possible approach. More

They said they had a titanium gray 2015 brand new for me at another lot. All I had to do was go ahead and sign the papers to finance it and they would put me in a rental until my car was delivered to the lot. That Monday I called and they said there was a death in the family and that my car had not been delivered yet. Tuesday they called me and said that my car was on the way and now it was a silver Highlander instead of the dark gray. Wednesday I called and they said they still haven't found the Highlander but to enjoy the rental they gave me. They said they were looking for a Highlander LE, but my paperwork says LE Plus, it has a few more options. They said no, they never said that and they are looking for my base model LE. So basically they sold me a car that they don't even own. On top of that they lied about the model and color that I was purchasing. They already took my $5000 down payment and trade in. More

Jack Holt was extremely patient in working with my wife and I in helping us obtain the exact vehicle to fit out needs. Jack Holt (sales) and Tony Che (Sales Mgr.) showed great personal concern with our car buying decision. I was not the easiest customer to work with, but they were very accommodating in letting me experience the seating comfort and performance of a Camry and a Prius V. Finally deciding and very happy with the Prius V. Never was there any high pressure on their part to meet a sales quota. They always showed respect for. and interest in us as people and not a number. Even the showroom, with it's open-desk atmosphere and lack of small closed sales offices enhanced the relaxed car buying experience. The final paper signing with Dave Beranak in Finance was very smooth. Dave is very knowledgeable in his field and puts the customer at ease, even though there are many papers to sign. It was also a pleasant experience. Jack took considerable time in acquainting us the navigation system, radio, phone and the other electronics in the vehicle. A full tank of gas was also a major plus as we drove away. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Rivergate Toyota. Larry Souder More
