I was stuck with a vehicle worth less than I owed, and was never going to pass an inspection due to brake issues. David Ritter was able to get me into a new 2020 Elantra with reasonable payments. Test drive or narcissist theater? You decide. My wife and I went in to this dealer to test drive a few cars. I drive a Hyundai already and we are starting to look around to replace my wife’s car. My wife and I went in to this dealer to test drive a few cars. I drive a Hyundai already and we are starting to look around to replace my wife’s car. We went in and David Ritter was the salesperson that we met with. He started out introducing himself as the “smartest, sexiest, and most energetic person in the world” and how much money he makes. This was an obnoxious and narcissistic start to the relationship, As I tried to explain what cars I wanted to test out he said we would look for my wife first since we are looking to get her a car sooner than me. David kept swearing and going on and on about his stocks and investments rather than letting us speak or ask questions about the cars. He gave us an overview of the Kona before we test drove it and bashed another dealer in the mean time. After driving it, I wanted to test drive something, but he dismissed this since I was not looking for myself... I still would have liked to test the Kona my wife had just driven, but since he had a shipment coming in he said I should just come back closer to when I am looking to buy. That was rude. I went in to test drive a vehicle, but he spent the whole time talking about himself and stocks that my wife only tested the one car and he sent us away. If I go back to this dealer at all, I would not go to David for a salesman. If you want to go hear a guy swear excessively, talk about himself for an hour, try to give financial advice, and not actually drive anything at a Hyundai dealer, then David at Hyundai Nashua is your guy! Knowing that she may have not built up her credit we dreaded going to speak to the dealership but we decided to take a chance. Went in and spoke to Joe Dolan and he insured us he would be able to get something done. He gathered some basic information and went off. Within a few minutes he came back with David Ritter and everything was flawless from that point on. David took care of everything from start to finish. He picked the perfect car for my wife. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past but none compare to Nashua Hyundai and I have never dealt with a top notch salesman such as David Ritter. Thank you David for taking care of us!!! More
