Curtis was a perfect salesman for me, not pushy, understood what features were important to me and worked to find a Santa Fe that had the features that I wanted. The actual day of pick up went smoothly and took only a reasonable time. Although not my closest Hyundai dealership I went there because their on line inventory showed they had the vehicle I wanted. Between my first visit and test drive and making the decision to purchase that vehicle was sold but Curtis found the vehicle at another dealership and arranged to have it transferred to the Nashua dealership. Although I may not drive the hour trip for maintenance I would definitely make the trip to purchase another vehicle the next time I am in the market. More

Watch the Paper work for servicing your vehicle. If you take your car to Nashua Hyundai for service, BEWARE of the paper work, do not sign it until after the work is done and do your own walk around If you take your car to Nashua Hyundai for service, BEWARE of the paper work, do not sign it until after the work is done and do your own walk around of your car to insure there is no damage. Their paper work where you sign on their copy has the small print that states, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING (note anything} THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE ON OUR LOT. (not the exact words but you get the idea} this language is NOT on your copy. Once you sign it your freeing them of any responsibility. Either refuse to sign it or turn the page and cross out this language and watch them scream. They can leave an oil plug loose and loose all your oil damage your engine. As in my case, my 2016 Hyundai was damaged while under their control, I signed the paper work, I got screwed. These people are dishonest and unethical. Do NOT trust them, they got your money when you bought the car. It's all they care about. The only reason I have ever done business with them is because of Les Novak who I do trust. I tried to communicate with the owner but he refused, guess I'm just not important enough for the Thompson family, should have bought a Corvette things would have been different. Three Hyundai's bought from them, but never again. And will continue to get the word out to family, friends and anyone else who will listen. More
