LIARS - I brought my daughters 2018 Tuscon there for warranty work and lets see how many lies. 1) We don't make the decision if yo get a loaner car or not, Hyundai Corp tells us, LIE! 2) We are a small warranty work and lets see how many lies. 1) We don't make the decision if yo get a loaner car or not, Hyundai Corp tells us, LIE! 2) We are a small dealership but somehow all the other dealerships bring them all the service work. LIE! 3) We don't make the decisions about repairing the car under warranty, We only do what Hyundai Corp tells us. LIE! 1) replaced the engine at 70,000 miles and even though the warranty says 100,000 Hyundai Corp says you have to pay $1,300 dollars. LIE! 2) The engine we put in is fine, there is no check engine light. Oh, you have to drive it faster than 10 MPH to feel the car surge and sputter. The engine we put in and said was good is actually no good and we need another 5 weeks to replace that engine and by the way the waiting list for a loaner is longer than the 5 weeks. LIE! This is all after getting a new transmission, catalytic convertor and 3 oil changes to prove the original engine was no good. So 10 to 15 quarts of oil go into the NEW catalytic convertor and it has less than 3000 miles on it but it will be out of the 1 year warranty because their useless tech says it is fine. The same tech who put in an engine that lasted 500 miles but "it was good to go" Also the General Manager refused to talk with me and had the lying service manager call me back when I call ed to complain about the service manager. Once you get there, someone might offer to help you - or you might wait for a very long time before anyone says a word to you. One day we were there, another woman was yelling at them because she had had to drive in from Boston to check on her car. They say they give out loaners - but NEVER have one available. They lie about everything - told us our car was good to go and then the engine failed two days later - and now have had it for a month! General manager - Nate - was totally unapologetic - and refused to give us an extended warranty or stand by the "service" that they just performed - claiming that all warranties are given by Hyundai - and the dealership "can't do anything" about that. Also - why are Hyundai engines so bad!? This is the SECOND one they've put in - I don't trust them and I will NEVER buy another Hyundai - AND the dealership should be ashamed of their abysmal treatment of customers!!!!! More
Sat with sales and they told my wife and I that they could get the car we wanted in a couple of days. We agreed on a price, gave a $1,000.00 deposit, signed, a P/S agreement. I visited Nashua Hyundai recently after renting a Hyundai because I needed a new car. I thought the rental was a smooth ride with good safety features so decided to check out the dealership for a permanent new car. I’ve never bought before and I had the BEST experience with Dave Ritter. Dave came right up to me and helped me narrow my options down to exactly what I needed/wanted and I am so happy with my new ride. It’s smooth, safe, and an awesome price. I will be back in the future to buy from Dave if he’s still there. Highly recommend him and this dealer if you’re looking for excellent, relatively low stress customer service! More
I currently have a lease through them. Worst experience of my vehicle ownership. I have a 2023 Palisade, got it brand new. They expect me to put new tires on it at 20,000 miles. Sales: I really don't appreciate a dealership who takes your keys for an "evaluation of your trade in" which strangely takes an excessive amount of time. They then proceed to pull the typical car dealer sc your keys for an "evaluation of your trade in" which strangely takes an excessive amount of time. They then proceed to pull the typical car dealer schtick and treat you like a first-time car buyer, when in reality you've purchased well over a dozen cars from dealers, with the intent of selling a new car at a fair price. Does this sound at all familiar? First, they ask for your car keys (mistake #1) while they hold you captive. Then, if you are gullible enough to wait for extraordinarily long periods of time while they continuously "talk with my manager" and keep coming back from these "talks with the manager" with ever decreasing-priced "best deals" for a given new car. Sounding more familiar? After about three to four, (maybe more. I lost count) trips to "talk to my manager", the up until now, elusive sales manager came to the desk with the salesperson and a double teamed in an attempt to soft-talk and pressure me into a "deal" for even less money. Sounding even more familiar? When that "deal" doesn't work, the manager then goes back behind his magic curtain and comes back with a an even better, "unbelievable deal"! This can't help but make one wonder, "why didn't you just bring me your now "best deal" to begin with, and not give me the perception that you were trying to rip me off the previous 4-5 times you presented me with your "best deal". This left me with a taste in my mouth that I had just been to a used car dealership. At this point, I became amused that they thought I would buy this car! When I declined, they came back with, yes, another "best deal", AGAIN! At this point while waiting for an unusually long period of time for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I was merely playing the game and which after now 6(?) "best deals", I had no intention of buying the car because I had lost all trust. Had the last "best deal come out on the first or maybe second time, I may have actually considered buying the new car After purchasing many cars in my life, I typically gravitate towards, and stick with, a new car dealership with salespeople who have the finesse to cut through the typical car dealer xx, maybe go talk to the manger once, and just work out the best deal for a fair price on a given car with an honest value for your trade-in and skip all the ritual salesperson-manager game-playing. I think it's fair to say that I've probably purchased my last Hyundai, and if it's not my last Hyundai, I doubt it would be from here. More
