This is so sad. Kellzilla's name is Kelly. I will not give her last name but she is a former employee who is very upset with us here at Nash. We are sorry things didn't work out for her personally and we will not discuss the conditions of her employment or personal situations. That would be completely improper and unprofessional of us. What we will say is the vast majority of the review she has written is fabricated and never happened. She is twisting situations of hers and making up things that never happened. We tried to help her situation with a vehicle in extremely poor repair and it wasn't what she wanted. She was upset about that, then she took it to an extreme level when she no longer worked for Nash. She has posted numerous bad reviews on multiple sites and we try to respond when we find them. It's really unfortunate that a former disgruntled employee will continue to lie to you the public and try to destroy our good name. When we make mistakes, we want people to give us honest feedback on sites like DealerRater. We take those and make corrections internally and attempt to improve in every area we can. However, when someone lies to you, our customers, based on poor decisions they made personally we will not allow that to happen. Please read the other reviews on this site and it's clear to see that this is a fabricated story. I will close by saying is it any big surprise that someone with the last name of Nash works at Nash Chevrolet? So Kelly picked what she thought was an easy target based on what little she knew during her very short time here and I'm sorry Kelly but it falls short. She also has no knowledge of how people are paid here and that's a total lie on her part. We regret that you were given lies and total deception from this former employee. It's really sad people will try things like this based on their own very poor choices.

Takes about 2-4 temp tags to get the actual Tag. I did bring my car in when it was new, 10 years ago and it was Fine. When my car got some age, like I know ALL Dealerships do, they did not care to help since it wouldn't be profitable to fix my car. I brought it in TWICE with mechanical problems. FULLY knowing what was wrong and they told me to BUY A NEW CAR. IS that good Service? Is that a LIE? No. Do not Dare try to think you know me OR DISCREDIT me telling others how YOU treat fixing older cars/ selling. My friend that got a truck just last WEEK needed a whole new TRANSMISSION $2500!!!!! On a car less than 6 months old. Is that a LIE? Or someone else with a used SUV that immediately needed all NEW TIRES? is that a Lie there Guy? Everything I wrote is true and do not presume you know me. I will not stop telling all review websites what a RIP OFF Dealership you are. How Obviously desperate you are to sell a car. You are not the only one with knowledge there buddy. Not my first rodeo. My front right break went out, the car would not reverse. When I asked SHARON to see what could be done to fix it we went back and forth FIVE minutes with her saying my Transmission was out and I was like DURRRRH , it is the break pad. How much are breaks? No, transmission, go buy a new car from our lot! I also had someone hit me WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM, and Sharon did not want that either. Go buy a NEW car. She refused to Speak with my Insurance so we went to Hayes. Another Rip off Dealership but at least they did not turn me away. I also do not have 5 or more friends with Bad Experiences. Buy a truck. get TWO temp tags, then the transmission goes out. Is that a LIE? Don't do that. Don't be that guy. Take your lumps. Especially when they could not be more realistic and true. Don't assume KELLZILLA means kelly. Cause it does NOT. Big leap there lil guy but wrong again. You sell jacked up cars, staff only nice when you have money, and they REFUSE to work on cars older than 8-10 years old. Don't be that guy, it's really really sad. An adult making up lies because they don't like the TRUTH. There is Always more truth to be told as well. Don't come at someone you do not know again. Its just sad to even think you can Try to discredit the TRUTH.
