Made the buying process quicker and easier than usual. Were not keen on making a deal or going above and beyond once they had you locked in. Also, the side steps that are included with my vehicle were back ordered, and I have the very distinct feeling that I will need to stay vigilant with the dealership to ever get them installed. More
