This was by far the most complicated and frustrating Transaction I’ve ever experienced. The sales associate couldn’t tell me anything about the car (features etc) and when she finally found the car to b Transaction I’ve ever experienced. The sales associate couldn’t tell me anything about the car (features etc) and when she finally found the car to bring around to show me for a test drive it Smelled like smoke and had cups,bowls and clothes, as well as spills in it. It turns out that one of the managers have been driving the car so the miles were 100 miles over where it was listed as. During the test drive the sales associate texted and was not talking. when we arrived back to the dealership, she went outside and had a 15 minute conversation with someone who showed up to see her during the sale. I explained to her when I first arrived at 12 that I had to pick up my son from school, and I drove an hour away to get the car, I have been researching it online and it has been something I was looking at for a month so I knew what I wanted when I came. I made a comment asking for any type of discount for it smelling like smoke so it needed to be cleaned and it also had scratches on the rims. Joe decided to come out with a print out stating the market price as well as what they priced the car as explaining why he wasn’t going to give me a discount and then he proceeded to say that if I didn’t want the car, it was going to sell anyway.His attitude was condescending and the whole experience was very uncomfortable as well as disappointing. when I got to finance Kirt assisted me and he was probably the most empathetic and kind person there but I would never return there again nor will I suggest anyone to come there. I told her when I came in at 12 o’clock I had to get my son by 4:15 PM and I stayed an hour away. I did not leave that dealership until 5 o’clock. I had to find other arrangements to pick up my son from school. More
