I was so impressed with the hard work and dedication of Nash Chevrolet. I was under a major time crunch to buy a car. My previous 2000 Malibu had suddenly broken down beyond repair. I had to be back to the Nash Chevrolet. I was under a major time crunch to buy a car. My previous 2000 Malibu had suddenly broken down beyond repair. I had to be back to the base and only had a rental for a week. Money was tight and time was of the essence. I contacted Mike Jewell and he worked with me over the phone and through email while I was out of town. Even though I wasn't there, he searched the lot and gave me options for my desired cars within my price range. When I finally made it back to the dealership a week later, Mike had already helped me choose a car, get a loan from the bank, and arranged Scot Saffold to help me buy the car. I was in and out of the dealership in a few hours. Scot Saffold was amazing. He is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He never pressured me, and always offered me some space and alone time to get my affairs in order during the buying process. He made everything easy and painless. I literally had to do nothing but sign the papers. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure I was happy before and after the sale - and I don't say that lightly. My experience has been nothing but positive for Nash Chevrolet, and I have already suggested it to other people. If you are considering a Chevy, do not take your business elsewhere. This was the worst experience, with regards to purchasing a vehicle, I and those around me have ever experienced.Not only was the communication between the clerks and sales reps incompetent, but I was sold a a vehicle, I and those around me have ever experienced.Not only was the communication between the clerks and sales reps incompetent, but I was sold a used '04 Avalanche which had been wrecked w/extensive damage(new frnt end,new rear bumper,and new FRAME).I put my complete faith and trust in this dealership to research their inventory,since I had previously purchased in '03 a new Regency Conversion Silverado ext cab fully loaded.After 2 appraisals & inspections,they refused to correct the problems & discount the price. They'd rather lose a return customer.They did! I would & are discouraging any & all to shop else where. More
