Do not recommend this dealer. Sales person is very unprofessional, service was terrible. sales person #1 brad did not know any details about the car. every question he answered was "i dont know. im not sure." i was then assigned to sales person #2 (an old asian guy - cant remember his name). h car. every question he answered was "i dont know. im not sure." i was then assigned to sales person #2 (an old asian guy - cant remember his name). he was all smiles and friendly at first. then after closing the deal, he didnt speak to me at all because i decided to finance with my credit union instead of the finance department there. dealer sent over a buyers order to my credit union. i told them i was coming back on tuesday to buy the car with funds from my credit union. when i came in tuesday with the money from my credit union, they told me they sold the car on monday. that was bad business. I visited Nash Chevrolet and was greeted by the friendly staff and salesperson Derek. Derek has gone over the call of duty to get my deal closed. The best is yet to come, I had driven BMW's for over a decade and never experienced customer service as I have with Nash Chevrolet, the Finance Manager Don was INCREDIBLE, he worked my deal beyond the call of duty. He actually shopped for the best rate for me, even after I had decided to purchase the car with the current lender!!! I would recommend anyone who needs a new or used car to visit Derek, you will be 100% satisfied. I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Impala. Scot Saffold was my salesman. I had never bought a car on my own before. When someone accidently hit the car in a parking lot, I went to Nash Chevy to have the required body work done. Scot was right there with me to see that everything was done to my satisfaction. I have been completely satisfied with every experience at Nash Chevrolet from the purchase of the car through regular routine service and having to have some major body work done. I will certainly buy my next car at that dealership. More
We have purchased four vehicles, just recently the New Cruze. Scot bends over backwards to assist in any way he can. We feel he treats us fairly, professionally and sincerely. Shedrick Fashaw, in the service dept, is very professional and friendly, helpful to whatever our needs may be. You certainly don't feel like a number, you feel like family, that is what makes Nash a great place to do business, along with people like Scot and Shedrick. My experience started with Lila, who made me feel as though I had a friend working at Nash Chevrolet.I then spoke with Jeff who went out of his way to take additional pictures I requested and even with the price of the car already below book value he added upgraded floor mats just to make me completely happy with my purchase.I was going to finance with my credit union until I spoke to Mark Malone who worked hard to get my rate and payments where I needed them to be.Nash Chevrolet had me picked up at the airport by a gentleman named Jerry who was a wonderful person and had a lot of good words to say about the dealer as well. Upon arriving at the dealership I quickly saw that I was dealing with a first rate dealership, Clean lot, very organized with a great selection of cars and very nice showroom. It was then that I met my salesman. Scott was a great guy who made me feel special and took the time necessary to show me all options on my vehicle,which was parked right up front cleaned and full of gas for my trip home, Even though they are so far away I will always check their inventory when I am looking for a vehicle just for the opportunity to deal with Nash Chevrolet again.
