David was wonderful, very friendly, and no pressure. So when we decided to start shopping for a new car, we knew we would buy from Nash. My husband has now bought four new vehicles from sales consultant Rick Utterback. He is a kind man, easy to work with, no pressure sales, letting the cars sell themselves by pointing out the features. Everything fell into place, and the dealership business manager was able to beat the interest rate we expected to get from the credit union. I can't think of anything that would have made this experience better. More

You all maintained your poise and at the end it paid off. I have enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to have gone into the partnership with Nash Chevy. As a car consumer when you make the purchase that is what you are entering into. Sometimes the partnership struggles but if everyone keeps a level head it can be long lasting, rewarding, and even a fun time for everyone. I have included Shedrick in this kudo because this is where the first impression was made, without attention to good customer service it would just be another sell but without future business and bad impression are hard to overcome. I was SO impressed with the entire dealership's effort to put me at ease and their patience in talking me through every single question I had - no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. I had the immense pleasure of working with Larry McNeil and Scot Saffold who were incredibly friendly, attentive to my personal preferences for my future vehicle, and overall very respectful. As a female I have occasionally found myself in situations with salesmen where they tend to lecture you or tell you what they think is best for your car - fortunately Larry and Scot were the exact opposite and were clearly there to HELP me and let me take the lead. It's clear that Nash values its customers' interests above all else. This family-run dealership makes you feel right at home. I could not have found another dealership to make me as comfortable and happy with my first major vehicle purchase as Nash Chevrolet. Thank you so much, Larry and Scot! More
