This was the worst experience, with regards to purchasing a vehicle, I and those around me have ever experienced.Not only was the communication between the clerks and sales reps incompetent, but I was sold a a vehicle, I and those around me have ever experienced.Not only was the communication between the clerks and sales reps incompetent, but I was sold a used '04 Avalanche which had been wrecked w/extensive damage(new frnt end,new rear bumper,and new FRAME).I put my complete faith and trust in this dealership to research their inventory,since I had previously purchased in '03 a new Regency Conversion Silverado ext cab fully loaded.After 2 appraisals & inspections,they refused to correct the problems & discount the price. They'd rather lose a return customer.They did! I would & are discouraging any & all to shop else where. More
