As the trauma subsided, the durability and safety performance of my vehicle during the accident persuaded me to purchase another Camaro. I am a person that avoids traditional dealerships like the plague, due to past experiences of an "all day transaction". But this experience was like none I've had in over 15 vehicle purchases in my lifetime, so I had to write about it. After hours of combing through websites, I came upon a beautiful new Camaro at Nash Chevrolet. The only issue was it was some distance away from my home in Atlanta. I received platinum service each time I contacted Nash by telephone and though I looked locally to not get back on the interstate, I could not locate a more beautiful deal or vehicle. The salesmen Dean and Mark could not have been more customer service oriented, they were superb. The dealership Business Manager was a pleasure to speak with and work with. If you are seeking a dealership that demonstrates class, transparency and ethics - this is it. I am a tough customer and this dealership scored 100%! I had I just recently bought a used vehicle from Nash Chevrolet dealership and I have got to say this is one of my best experiences with a dealership. I had the pleasure working with Mark. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and told him I will be heading up there to see it. Mark had already pulled it up front waiting for me. I was greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff members there. One thing I like about Mark was that he didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything and he gave me plenty of time to myself with my husband to talk everything over. That meant a lot since I also had a fussy baby in my arms. There were a few minor cosmetic problems with the car, but they fix everything to my liking and made sure I was happy with my purchased. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

From the moment I pulled up (in my Ford pickup), I was treated with respect and not pressured to buy anything. I planned to stop by for 30 minutes but stayed three hours, testing five different vehicles. Afterward, I visited several other dealerships (including three further Chevrolet dealerships) before deciding on what I wanted. I went so far as to start an order at a dealership closer to home but ended up going back to Nash to place my custom order. I was carefully guided through the process, with all options and details fully explained. I even learned about a discount available to me that no other Chevy dealer had bothered to mention. I left fully informed and confident that I would get exactly what I wanted and for a reasonable price. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, my original salesperson was unavailable but another stepped in and did a remarkable job. I saw him deal with a previous client with respect and humor. Other staff members remembered me and treated me as more than simply a widget to be processed. I was given as much time as I wanted to learn about my new car and inspect everything that I wanted; I also was introduced to the service and parts staff. As it turns out, a one-day incentive came available and it was applied to my sale even though I picked up the car the next day. After dealing with a wide range of vehicles and dealership types, I am glad I went back to Nash. It was a painless, friendly, and thoroughly transparent experience. More
