All dealers contacted me..I responded and communicated via text and email...Chad Martin was assigned to me and we discussed the color and options that I wanted...He researched the area and found the unit at another dealership......I approved of the dealer's price...asked they get the car and prepare all paperwork in advance of my visit...Chad made sure all this was done and we closed the deal just minutes before they closed the dealership due to the storm Irma moving into the area. Great service, very little time spent by me at the dealership...I think a very good price too. Shout out also to Dustin in finance who I had work ed with before...very professional and prepared! More

I also leave closer to 3 other Chevrolet dealers. I have always experienced good service from the Sales team at mos stores. Where Nash is different is their attention to detail and your time. I think when you go to the big box stores like Hendrick you are just a number for the board, but Nash made me feel like they wanted my business for life. Brian Deaver helped me via email and phone work out my trade and other info before I even arrived. Upon arrival he and Ben James worked hard to make the deal work and bring it in right where I could deal with it. I would recommend Brian and Ben and he Nash family for all your car needs. More

I hate salesmen. I have a dislike of salesmen going back many many years. I went with my daughter to help her buy her car at another dealership and happened upon a 20 I have a dislike of salesmen going back many many years. I went with my daughter to help her buy her car at another dealership and happened upon a 2017 Chevy Impala LT but was missing a moonroof and navigation so I went home, went online and found exactly what I was looking for in your dealership. I came in for a test drive with Chad and made a follow up appointment with David. They both put my disdain for salesmen at ease because they were not pushy in the least. I actually enjoyed the interaction with them so much so that I bought the car that I wanted. Thank you so much for putting me in this car. More

We dealt with Hector Rodriguez, he listened to our concerns and needs and recommended that we take a look at a vehicle that met our needs perfectly. There was never any pressure, just a reassuring sense of honesty. In the process we interacted with several people and there seemed to be a common underlying goal, "that the customer is taken care of and comfortable and informed with what is going on".
