He worked his tail off for me, and made sure that all the paperwork and details were taken care of as much as possible before I even arrived. It was an amazing car buying experience. More

First Class Customer Service After shopping at another larger local Chevrolet dealership and being told after the 2nd day that they weren't able to put me in a new truck I began b After shopping at another larger local Chevrolet dealership and being told after the 2nd day that they weren't able to put me in a new truck I began browsing the Nash website. I found a few pickups that suited my need. Nash employee Katie contacted me via the Nash chatline, took my info and said she would put someone from sales on my needs as soon as the store opened. Around 9 am Scot from sales called and less than 6 hours later I had made my trade and was driving off the lot with my new Silverado. They have certainly earned my respect by their attitude of "customer service" and making me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership. More

Had a good experience, start to finish! My experience at Nash was positive, start to finish. I began in the service department and had a pleasant encounter with all of the employees I met. W My experience at Nash was positive, start to finish. I began in the service department and had a pleasant encounter with all of the employees I met. When I mentioned an interest in looking at a new vehicle I was walked to the showroom and introduced to Mr. Brown who was quite helpful even though I said I was most likely not going to purchase a vehicle at that time. The next day I returned and worked with Mr. Martin, because Mr. Brown had the day off. I was favorably impressed with the spirit of teamwork that seemed to be the rule at Nash. Mr. Martin was also very helpful and easy to deal with. He ended up staying late to close out my purchase. I should also comment that the finance people who were involved were friendly, to the point and not pushy in the way that too many car dealers are. I enthusiastically recommend Nash and its employees. More
The Deal was dishonest Chad did an great job for the most part. I went in for a new car because of the year end sale "Employee pricing." I was looking for an Equinox and cou Chad did an great job for the most part. I went in for a new car because of the year end sale "Employee pricing." I was looking for an Equinox and could see getting one around $20k. Chad saw otherwise but suggested finding a pre-owned vehicle. We found one I liked and got the payment I asked for. The problem was in 2 areas. I don't know why a car deal takes SO LONG. I arrived about 3pm. By the time the paperwork was ready it was AFTER 6PM. The other problem and the more serious was that without me expressing any need or any discussion I WAS SOLD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, THEFT COVERAGE AND GAP INSURANCE AT A COST OF OVER $3000. We could have been doing a new car with "bumper to bumper" included at the $ we ended up financing. I had asked about warranty and been told I had no dealer warranty but the balance of the factory 100k mile power train warranty (car had 41k miles) and I was satisfied. I SPECIFICALLY said if I wanted GAP insurance I would get it through my insurance company. He tried to say something about it being better coverage but I again CLEARLY stated my preference not to have it part of my deal. After 3+ hrs I was introduced to David to complete paperwork. I did not have reading glasses and told him I had to trust him to explain things to me. He just started putting papers in front of me to sign with NO explanation. By now I was exhausted from "the grind" and hungry and being a diabetic needed to eat. I was groggy and just needed to be done and signed everything in good faith NOT EXPECTING THE BAD FAITH I experienced. I got home and after eating and using my glasses I discovered I'd been "had.". These are high commission items and it is unethical to sneak them in with no discussion. None of them are or can be required for financing, only Collision and liability and they are NOT purchased through the dealer. I contacted David and his curt, dismissive, and condescending explanation was, "Well that's the deal I GOT APPROVED!" That is unethical and in bad faith. It seems EVERY dealer does "the grind" to wear you down and slip unwanted purchases past an unsuspecting customer. Nash Chevrolet is no exception to this deceptive practice. More
