Service department is absolutely awful The Service Manager thinks that his people can do nothing wrong. I experienced several instances where my vehicle was returned to me, after service, The Service Manager thinks that his people can do nothing wrong. I experienced several instances where my vehicle was returned to me, after service, with parts missing and work not completed properly. After one tire rotation and balance, a lug nut came off the vehicle (within 10 days) and the service manager acted like he was doing me a huge favor to replace my lug nut. I had previously purchased 8 vehicles from Nash and spent almost $300,000 at this dealership but I will never use this dealership again. More

Traverse Redline 2018 I was on vacation for Spring Break coming back from Myrtle Beach SC and stop by Nash Chevrolet but they were closed on Sunday. My husband went to website and a agent got in contact with us. We live in Marietta GA and I work long hours and I wasn’t sure if the truck was still going to be there Friday when I was off. Our Car Sales Associate Melissa Stoute was in good contact back and forth via email and assured us that we be there.
