Making it easy! I needed a vehicle that I could work out of and also seat my four small children. Third row seating with some rear storage was the only option. While mini vans fit this need perfectly, I just could not bring myself to buy an import. I purchased my first GM product (2012 Equinox) in 2014 with 77,000 miles. After an additional 100,000 hard driven Atlanta miles, I became a GM believer. After some online searching, I settled on a Traverse. Nash Chevrolet was always popping up with many low mileage and one owner vehicles. Knowing Mrs. Green in the body shop I asked for help. She immediately walked me upfront and introduced me to Scot Saffold. Within 30 minutes, we had found my vehicle. I could have drove away in less than an hour, if I had a check handy. I returned the next morning and was on my way in less than one hour. If at all possible, we as Americans should try our best to support local and independent businesses. While this may not be the case in every circumstance, personalized service is what customers expect. My hat is off to the Nash family team. Mr. Saffold is the kind of guy I want to do business with. These two individuals have talents, skills and abilities that surpasses anyone in all dealerships that I have come in contact with during my business years (I am 70) so that is just a few years. They not only extended their loyalty to the Nash Chevrolet dealership but also to the customer. This is a difficult combination. This is where the rubber meets the road for a good sales team. Scot and Robert should be role models for the rest of the Nash sales team. They are like a vintage Chevrolet that has aged gracefully and is still ready for the next head turning event. Thank you Scot and Robert. I will enjoy my new 2018 Chevrolet 1500 for many years and I will be thinking of you both during every enjoyable mile. More
