After the sale customer service. I was disappointed after we had already made and closed the deal on my Suburban purchase to find that it only had one key to the vehicle and no floor I was disappointed after we had already made and closed the deal on my Suburban purchase to find that it only had one key to the vehicle and no floor mats. I took the floor mats out of the Suburban that I traded in and put into my new Suburban , which was OK. However, when I asked the dealership to pay for a new key they refused. I think with the amount of money that I paid, this would have been something that the dealership would have been glad to do to ensure that I had a completely fair experience with Nash Chevrolet. David De La Pena was my sales representative and I felt he did what he could to get me a key at the dealership's experience, but was unsuccessful. My overall rating of Nash declined because of this and hopefully any future dealings with service to my Suburban will be more customer oriented. More
