Respect and honesty My first contact with Nash Chevrolet was from their internet person, who was responding to an online inquiry through True Car. Her contact set the ton My first contact with Nash Chevrolet was from their internet person, who was responding to an online inquiry through True Car. Her contact set the tone, and was different and more focused on my needs and desires than five or six other dealerships. After she knew what my interests were, she matched them with five vehicles in the Nash inventory, and answered every question that I asked. Then she left me alone to absorb the information she had provided. The other dealerships’ internet people did not provide much information and continued to press to the point I was uncomfortable. When I decided I wanted to do business with Nash, I called this woman and let her know. Only then did she put me in touch with a sales representative. The sales representative got in touch pretty quickly, and was helpful and professional in every way. He, too, answered all my questions honestly and showed great respect with no pressure. As we negotiated the deal, he was accommodating in every area where he could be. Where he couldn’t accommodate me, he was very straightforward and honest and explained why he couldn’t without any nonsense. Again, very respectful as though he was helping his own father or grandfather get everything he could from the process. In addition to all those important things, the Nash price for my vehicle really was better by far than the price for identical vehicles offered me by the other dealers. After I closed on the purchase, the sales representative took a lot of time showing me all of the features of my new vehicle and how to take full advantage of what the vehicle could do. I have been buying vehicles for a very long time. I have never had a better experience and only one other that was as good. More

I went in to purchase a 2017 GMC Acadia, I used my credit card company for my car loan and the vehicle I selected on my loan company’s website said th I went in to purchase a 2017 GMC Acadia, I used my credit card company for my car loan and the vehicle I selected on my loan company’s website said the vehicle had 3rd row seating. I go and purchase the car signed, paid and everything. I go outside with Daveon to fix my temporary tag and we opened the truck and found out it was not 3rd row seating. Daveon and the boss helped me find another Acadia with 3rd row seating. They were so patient and so kind given that they had to redo all my paperwork and loan! Highly recommend Nash Chevy! Daveon was my sales person and it was his 2nd week on the job! He killed it, he was SO.. awesome and helpful! More

Best dealer I've been to I was in the market for a Chevy Colorado. After searching online for about a month, I found 1 at a good price and that had all the features I was look I was in the market for a Chevy Colorado. After searching online for about a month, I found 1 at a good price and that had all the features I was looking for at Nash Chevrolet. So I stopped to take a look at it and Hector met me outside while I was browsing their stock. The truck had just been traded in and was not ready to sell. Hector took me outback and showed it to me but explained that it wasnt ready to be taken home. I took it for a test drive and noticed an issue with it. Hector took my input and made sure that it was corrected. Once I test drove it again I was ready to take it home with me. Hector and Mr. David in the finance department were able to work a miracle to get me into this truck at a monthly payment that my budget allowed. Truck is running good and I havent had any issues with it. I am grateful with this dealer and I will definitely recommend them to anybody that I know who is in the market for a vehicle.
