The Jeep was in Pristine condition, everything Jeff said about it was correct, no hidden surprises. after taking it for a drive, we went inside and the whole process took like 30 minutes to sign all the papers. and the best part: NO HIGH PRESSURE F & I OFFICE SALES PITCHES!!!!!! This is always the part that i DREAD about buying a car, going into the office to finish all the paperwork... they do It right here, if you want something like extended warranty, GAP, etc, they will sell it to you, but they DONT PUSH YOU INTO BUYING like other dealers. Give em a shot, you wont be disappointed. More

Top-notch customer service in a predatory market I drove down to the North Atlanta area from Eastern NC to buy a car from a larger network dealer. I had to walk away based on typical predatory tactics and stopped at Nash Chevrolet by chance. I'm a Type-A hothead who was already ticked off from the bad transaction at the other dealer, and was in the worst state possible for a salesman to accommodate. I was connected with Chad Martin in Sales, who is an extremely level, standup guy with a calm demeanor. He knew I had been screwed and found me a vehicle, lowering the cost to beat the network dealer's value. These guys worked me through it, with both manager Ben James and Finance Manager David Koegler making the process as smooth as possible. In the end, David beat out my bank by a half a point with an already respectable rate. In conclusion, these guys operate in a very efficient system with the best customer service of any dealership I have encountered. I buy cars every 2 years, frequently covering new dealerships; I will now fly to Nash Chevrolet to buy my vehicles and drive them back to my home location. These guys carry my highest recommendation for customer service, competitive pricing, and genuine care of their customers. More

We had been talking with Chad via email and he responded very timely with an answer to the questions we had about the condition of the car, Anyone who has ever dealt with a used car purchase can appreciate the stress related to the buying process. Not our case at all. The car was better than described and the service was excellent. After a test drive the left front brake started sticking. I brought it the manager (Jason) and after checking the problem ask me to leave it with him overnight and they would repair the problem and deliver the car the next day. I live 140 miles away from Nash Chevrolet so I was taken back by the response. True to his word the car brake caliper was replaced and the car was delivered to us the next day around 3 pm in the middle of some really bad weather. Enough said. Oh yes I forgot to mention the dealership owner Mr. Nash was walking around and he was sincerely interacting with both staff and customers. I might add he is a outdoorsman and a horse lover 😊. I can’t say enough about the experience. Thank you Chad, Jason and the young lady who completed purchase and of course Mr. Nash for our great experience buying a used car at Nash Chevrolet. 👏 I am 64 and let’s just say I have purchased a few cars, well maybe many cars!
