Not good the second time around I brought my last car from Nash and it was a good experience. This time around it wasn’t and I’m disappointed. My sales rep was friend but didn’t have I brought my last car from Nash and it was a good experience. This time around it wasn’t and I’m disappointed. My sales rep was friend but didn’t have a knowledge on the car. It also felt like he hadn’t much experience with how Loan process work. I pick the car out and test drive, true car VERY dirty outside and inside. This person who handled my processing my loan wasn’t very pleasant to work with. I felt like my questions weren’t answered and what answers were given were not trustworthy. The process felt very shady. I also felt forced to get GAP insurance and the car price one all said and done was NOT the number the sales rep and I had agreed on. After getting home and looking over the number, I had questions and I had to call the loan agent multiple time with not response, email without responses and then call the sales rep, who finally get them to respond to me. When the paperwork was done, they said they were going to get the car cleaned and detailed. I could get that afternoon (Saturday) or latest Monday. They were nice enough to lend me a loaner car but I had to contact the dealership or sales rep everyday to get status. Finally i can get the car Friday a week from when I purchased it. It was cleaned but DEFINITELY NOT detailed. A week from when my tag was going to expire, I again had to contact the dealership to find out if they had processed my paper so I could get my tag transferred. I’m then informed that they didn’t have the title and I would have to get an extension. It’s a good thing I called Nash because they weren’t about to let me know there would be a delay. Now I’ve had the car almost 45 days and the engine is acting up. I feel like they clear the car to sell but didn’t check or do basic maintenance before giving me the car. I get wanting to sell a car ,but if it’s not cleaned and checked don’t advertise it. Or better yet just communicate and be honest. I can promise you I’ll NEVER buy another car of any kind or recommend Nash Chevrolet!! More
