Another great experience at Nash We purchased our 2020 Traverse from Nash, and this makes the 5th vehicle we, or close friends and family, have purchased from the dealership. Scot (our salesperson) and Ben and Joey (sales managers) went above and beyond in finding our vehicle for us. We knew what we wanted, and they looked high and low for it. After a couple of dealer swaps fell through, they were apologetic, but also super motivated to get us what we wanted and in a time frame that worked for us. At times they were more upset/frustrated by the wait than we were. Based on previous experience with Nash, we knew that if what we wanted was out there, they would find it, and they did. Nash is the only dealership we would recommend working with. You get the true feel of a family run business, not a "corporate" dealership. More

Friendly Staff, No Pressure I was looking to buy a new car and Dean Rhodes was the gentleman that worked with me. And I did not buy the car that afternoon even though the price was great for the car but I was uneasy making a purchase just then at that moment. I called back a couple days later and they had a pre-owned version of the new car I had wanted. Dean worked with me and quoted me the amount for me the pre-owned car. Dustin was able to obtain financing for me to fit my budget. They delivered car to me since I was going to have come there from Augusta on my own and I was worried about how to get there since I was not familiar with how to use google on my phone (I had never used it before and I was very unsure of myself). Dustin sent me the link with the directions from my house to Nash Chevy and we had hung up. And as I was trying to pull up the link on my phone, Dustin called back and said why don't we just deliver the car to you. I was so relieved. This meant I didn't have to worry about getting lost and leaving my current car there until I could get a friend to come with me on my and their day off to pick up my older car. The car was delivered to me the next day, I finished signing all the paperwork and I have the car! Very much a hometown experience. I would definitely recommend them. More

Even if you are not ready to purchase stop by for an oil change or tire rotation as the folks in the service department are second to none as well. More
