I had my vehicle there they didn’t do a good job at all they kept my car for almost a month and when I got it back the job was undone, they were supposed to give me my car brand new but they gave it to me they kept my car for almost a month and when I got it back the job was undone, they were supposed to give me my car brand new but they gave it to me with scratches and dirty specially in the inside it looks like their mechanic was eating inside my car showing zero respect for somebody else’s car. The repairs in the car were not done efficiently since my car was heating up after they gave it to me because they forgot to change the radiator hose and on top of it they only changed one of the hose I am praying that I don’t go back again to waste my time and lose money THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO CURTESY OR CUSTOMERS SERVICE. The worst part of all this was that they didn’t feel cornered about me or the job they did I was treated like if I was responsible for the indescribable bad job they did, those people made me felt like I was begging or asking for a favor specially the manager of the service center it felt like they were doing some kind of favor to me when I paid 6,000 and almost 200 dollars out of pocket to them. If they represent KIA if that’s KIA’S FACE I don’t know what to say but I will say this if I could undo the business with KIA without being affected I would without hesitation. I still have my car with scratches that’s all I have to say thanks More

This dealer wouldn’t replace the engine on the vehicle when there was a lifetime warranty already on it. They claimed to have done a diagnostic test and did not receive the diagnostic code for the engine when there was a lifetime warranty already on it. They claimed to have done a diagnostic test and did not receive the diagnostic code for the engine when I did the diagnostic test on my own and received the engine code. They were aware of the issues with the engine. Instead, suggested something else was wrong with the vehicle that was not related to the engine and wanted $1,200 for it to be fixed yet I would still have engine issues. I was willing to trade in the vehicle and was given an offensively low trade value. Had I taken the trade in amount, this dealer would have completed whatever paperwork was needed for the lifetime warranty engine, put the new engine in, and sold that car for quadruple the trade in value they gave me. Took my business elsewhere and done with Kia totally. More
