I own two 2012 Kia Optimas which I really love. The week before Thanksgiving I developed a loud sound in the steering columns of each vehicle. My own mechanic informed me that it was a very serious issue wh before Thanksgiving I developed a loud sound in the steering columns of each vehicle. My own mechanic informed me that it was a very serious issue which would cost over $1,000.00 to repair. On Friday, November 26, 2021 I call the Service Department of Napoli Kia in Milford, Connecticut. I spoke to Omar (Service Technician) on the same day to describe the concern. Omar asked me to bring both vehicles in at the same time to check the issue more thoroughly. After the diagnosis of the concern, it was determined that the issues being reported (the coupler in the steering column as well as the canister for the EAV system (which needed to be ordered) were both 100% covered by a recall. What dealership have you ever heard of that takes two vehicles no less, in on the same day, corrects the problem, and does not charge for their work! Mr. Napoli, Congratulations! The expertise, the professionalism, and the exceptional service staff have earned you a customer for life. Individuals like Omar are few and far in between. I have been made to feel as if I were a member of your family by the manner in which Omar went of of his way to provide service to guarantee my family's safety.
