They might need more technicians. My car needed a starter suddenly so had no appt for. It took a week to complete. No loaners seem to be available. Auto concerns were mostly addressed My car needed a starter suddenly so had no appt for. It took a week to complete. No loaners seem to be available. Auto concerns were mostly addressed, repaired, and with a few calls got updates. Video KIA sent was a bit on and off. Staff was courteous, and arranged a ride home after car was dropped off, which was appreciated. More
