Wait time was supposed to be 90mins ended up being almost 2.5 hours. Also was told to drive around the building but multiple car were blocking the pathways. Ended up having to three point turn and go all the 2.5 hours. Also was told to drive around the building but multiple car were blocking the pathways. Ended up having to three point turn and go all the way back around. No access from one side of the building to the other. More

I love the new video taping of them doing service on my car. It at least showed me what needs to be done and that they did do the work. and I have the option of seeing what I want to pay for at that time o car.
