Dropped car off on May 9th 2022. Was given updates for first two weeks till the service rep was on vacation and didn't receive any updates till I called for an update on car. The update was the technician working on car was on leave cause his wife had a baby, why do I care and how is that an update on my car? Was called a few days later stating car was going to be ready earliest the day of call or latest Friday which was the day later. The car wasn't ready till Tuesday June 7th 2022. Now, that's an awful long time for a dealer to do a power train warranty service and not offer a comparable car while my hybrid was being worked on. Picked up the car the 8th of June 2022, few miles down road car starts wobbling, I think maybe the tires are losing pressure if car was sitting a few days. The next morning, Thursday the car is wobbling everywhere I go, so I called Kia Service only to be put on hold for 7 minutes where I hung up and called back. This call was answered by some dude who said he'd pass a message along but a car wobbling down the road probably isn't as severe as this dude thinks. I call a mechanic, where I ask questions... My engine was pulled and the cylinder head was replaced what can cause a car to wobble and is it dangerous. Cv joints, motor mounts, underinflated tires, loose lug nuts, brakes. Oh and it is dangerous to drive when it wobbles. I called Kia service and I'm still waiting for a call back, apparently when something as severe as a car wobbling isn't that important. More

The staff is friendly & the technicians do good work but they are lacking when it comes to notifying you that your vehicle is ready. I gave my contact ph# to them upon dropping my car off for service (whic they are lacking when it comes to notifying you that your vehicle is ready. No one called back so I went there to see if my car was done & found out they had been calling a wrong ph#. So 2 different people dropped the ball in writing down the contact ph# that I gave them. Overall was satisfied with the service, I though the cost of labor was somewhat high. I was surprised that I was charged for my Uber ride home by the dealership..My only other option was to stay around for 4 of labor was somewhat high.
