I’ve called several times to have a question answered. I was told I would get a call back but never did. I ended up having to call them back myself. Then once I did, it sounded like they answered the phon I was told I would get a call back but never did. I ended up having to call them back myself. I could hear noises in the background but nobody never answered me. Then I was put on hold. They ended the hold then hung up on me.
