I’ve called several times to have a question answered. I was told I would get a call back but never did. I ended up having to call them back myself. Then once I did, it sounded like they answered the phon I was told I would get a call back but never did. I ended up having to call them back myself. Then once I did, it sounded like they answered the phone but never answered when I said “hello” several times. It sounded like a butt dial. I could hear noises in the background but nobody never answered me. Then I was put on hold. They ended the hold then hung up on me. I had to call them back and finally was able to get my questions answered. More
