Not informative at all, had to keep calling myself. Never diagnosed the problem and didn’t seem to care. I was told it was “trial and error” and maybe it was “too hot outside” which is why the car was Never diagnosed the problem and didn’t seem to care. I believe Napoli Kia to be extremely customer oriented with a high level of customer satisfaction. The employees there kept me informed with online video link of maintenance work while my vehicle was bein with a high level of customer satisfaction.
