You were the manager that kept telling me you do “500” of these engines a week! You never updated us and I had to keep calling! Kia Corporate tried you reach you for 12 days! The car still has a problem. I’m still waiting for corporate to tell me where they suggest we get a second opinion which they advised after you had the car for a month and a half. The DM should have contacted you on behalf of Kia Corporate.
