After the oil change we were advised tire rotation needs to be done, well why wasn’t it done with the oil change. The staff hold grudge if you give them a feedback. Basically I was never sent the video until I requested it. The person in the video said, I had two wrong things with my car. The paper they gave us said there’s nothing wrong with my car. Our issue was communicated (“exceeding the speed limit” voice keeps coming in) but the dealer did not take correct notes and said it was a light on the dash that keeps coming on.
