I also feel that the paperwork process was rushed and at the time I didn’t care because I had been waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Recently I found a crazy loan fee from the bank I financed through and I feel I should have been better informed about it. The process was easy and the service center does a good job but again they are only trying to make money and don’t care about you what so ever. I don’t think I’ll buy from here anymore. When I bought my mustang 12 years ago I noticed a huge hole in the convertible top three days after I bought it and when I brought it back they said that it wasn’t there when they sold it to me. SMH! I should have known better. More
