Very comfortable environment for guests to wait while their auto is being serviced. Super friendly staff, and Frank is the only person I trust to work on my vehicle. DISHONEST SERVICE DEPT. ! I CANT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. ALWAYS HAD SERVICE DONE AT KIA OF MILFORD. SORRY I HAD TO CHANGE TO NAPOLI KIA I GAVE THEM THE BUSINESS OF TWO KIA SORENT I CANT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. ALWAYS HAD SERVICE DONE AT KIA OF MILFORD. SORRY I HAD TO CHANGE TO NAPOLI KIA I GAVE THEM THE BUSINESS OF TWO KIA SORENTO'S A 2003 AND A 2015 THEY FOOLED ME INTO HAVE A BIG SERVICE DONE TWICE. I CAUGHT IT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. (THATS IF THEY DID THE SERVICE AT ALL) THEY WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND WHEN I WENT IN TO UPGRADE MY COMPUTER INFO THEY GOT ME FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. TOLD ME MY 2 BACK WHEELS WERE ( ONE WAS FACING EAST AND ONE WAS FACING WEST) I FELL FOR IT. I MENTIONED TO THEM THAT THEY MIGHT BE TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY BACK FOR THEIR LAST MISTAKE? THEY DENIED IT . WHEN I ASKED FOR ANY PAPERWORK TELLING OR SHOWING ME THE PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE WAS DOWN AND I LEFT THERE WITH NO PAPERWORK AT ALL? Horrible Service Department NAPOLI Service Department FRAUD!!! DO NOT trust the service department at NAPOLI KIA. I have owned several Kia vehicles over 15 years & never had an i NAPOLI Service Department FRAUD!!! DO NOT trust the service department at NAPOLI KIA. I have owned several Kia vehicles over 15 years & never had an issue with getting them serviced at the dealer until Kia of Milford closed and Napoli took over. The service department has NEVER been a good experience, but I was stuck with Napoli because my wife's SUV (2009 Kia Borrego) is not common and most mechanics are not familiar with how to service it. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a service department starting in May of 2018. - May 3, 2018 - vehicle at Napoli for service - let them know the AC was not getting very cold on the driver’s side and blowing warm air on the passenger side - Checked air conditioning at pick up and warm air was coming out of the passenger side (1st failure to fix) - I agreed to bring the vehicle back the following week and they kept it for several days resulting in a resistor & sensor assembly replacement costing $1,000. This ended up not solving the problem. (2nd failure to fix) - Brought the vehicle back to be inspected one month later in June 2018 because the air was not getting cold and Napoli stated no problem found (3rd failure to fix) - August 2018 - system would only produce cold air sporadically and was brought back in to Napoli. It took 2 days to be told AC was shutting down because a blown head gasket was causing the engine to overheat. We never had an overheating problem so this was a lie. (4th failure to fix) - When they called to tell me a blown head gasket was the issue I was told the repair would be $3,100 and they suggested I speak with a sales rep to consider a new car. It was also heavily suggested that it was not safe to drive the vehicle for any long distances. - Decided to take the vehicle to a different Kia dealership for second opinion and they found that the head gasket was fine with no overheating issues at all, but the resistor & sensor assembly parts were badly damaged and installed improperly and the shroud for the radiator fan was missing. Had to pay $960 to have the repairs done correctly. The head gasket diagnosis by Napoli was OUTRIGHT FRAUD and an attempt to try to cover up the fact that the repair they charged me $1,000 for had either never been done or was done so poorly that it needed to be done again. I asked to have my money refunded and they have refused even after I provided documentation from the other dealer. I am not the only customer to have this type of experience with Napoli Kia and I will NEVER step foot in their service department again. More

Don't get ripped off like I did! The buying experience was OK, but subsequent service/ customer service was terrible! I bought a used Suzuki SX4- 2008- just a little too old to invoke The buying experience was OK, but subsequent service/ customer service was terrible! I bought a used Suzuki SX4- 2008- just a little too old to invoke the lemon law. Check engine light went on the day after I brought it home- it needed a new catalytic converter- conveniently NOT covered by the extended warranty I paid for. Took them 2 months just to get the part. Then 7 days for a one day job! Took it home & next day it wouldn't start- they'd neglected to connect the battery cable properly- it literally fell off after I'd driven from CT to JFK airport! Then the car developed a vibration & Harley-like growl- turns out they had not properly tightened the bolt holding the catalytic converter to the car- or, in their words, "the bolt worked itself loose." All that & they had the nerve to charge me for the replacement of the catalytic converter! Even though I've paid for a service contract & have a year of free oil changes coming to me, there's no way I'll ever bring my car to that shop again- it's not worth the time, money, and the aggravation of being blown off day after day, not to mention the dangerous ineptitude of the mechanics. Be smart- take your business elsewhere! More

Better than expected Walked in just to do some shopping and not thinking about settling on a car. I did find one I liked but planned to continue shopping. They gave me way more money for my old car than I thought I would ever get! And gave me a fantastic deal on the car I wanted. Can't recommend these guys enough. Come ask for Peri! Great guy More
