Terrible customer service. Waited over a week just for paperwork that should have been ready as soon as my car was done being serviced. Then went back because my car was not driving right and every place paperwork that should have been ready as soon as my car was done being serviced. Then went back because my car was not driving right and every place I took it to couldn’t figure out what was wrong and told me I should go to the dealership. I paid $1000 to fix the problem only to break down 5 minutes after on the highway. Had to get my car towed back to them only to find out I needed a new engine. Then they kept telling me they had no loaners so I was without a car for days. I finally called and spoke to the manager that got me into a loaner finally but no one would call to let me know what was going on with my car at all and every time I called they claimed they were waiting for an approval from Kia. Finally they claim they got an approval on a Tuesday and said it would be a few days before they received the engine and another few days to work on the veh but by Thursday morning they were calling me to pick up my car. Horrible experience! More
Our service department rep Frank was extremely helpful as usual. We trust him and for us that’s a huge reason why we take our car to Napoli Kia.
