I will never buy a car from Napoli Kia again. Nor will I have them work on my car again. They sold me a car with a remote start with a key that won’t open the door. I drove the car home and called them not 40 minutes later to let them know that the tire pressure light was on and would not go off no matter what i did. They told me they would take care of it when I brought the car in for an oil change. When I brought the car in, they said it was the sensor and Refused to fix it. I had 3 recalls on the car. When they did my recall they disabled my remote start and refused to fix it because it was an after market alarm and remote start. Even though they sold it to me as one of the perks of the car!!! Now, since they did my recall , my car runs like crap. Also, my front headlight went out and they said they couldn’t fix it because of it kept blowing out the bulb. They wanted to charge me over $200 to just diagnose the car. Since then, I had a mechanic look at the car and he said it doesn’t even look like they looked at the car, because the light bulb was loose and the battery corroded. He said there was no way they even looked at it because the battery had so much corrosion they didn’t even mention. Poor, poor service . More
