I'd like to share my recent experience with the Service Department at Napleton's Hyundai Dealership (WPB). I had to tow my 2014 Santa Fe GLS to the dealership due to an electronic issue causing the engine not to crank. Jesus Diaz in the repair service department was assigned to assist me. Despite the high volume of cars they were servicing non-stop, Mr. Diaz consistently kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I visited the dealership to address an extended warranty issue and witnessed their busy operations. I want to highlight Mr. Diaz as an exceptional service person. He consistently exhibited a positive attitude, professionalism, and friendliness, even amidst a hectic schedule. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem with my extended warranty and efficiently handled the matter. This contrasts with my past negative experiences with dealership repairs, making this time with Mr. Diaz a truly positive one. Thank you, Mr. Diaz! More
This place is the worst for service. I came here a few months ago with an appointment and still sat here for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I got a phone call asking me to please give them another chance. Unfortunately I decided to do that. I am currently writing this while sitting in the service line trapped between two cars so I can't get out. I have an appointment but was told they are falling behind again and I can expect to be here for most of the afternoon. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do with your life and you want to spend your time sitting in a service station, I would recommend finding another place to service your car. More
I would give it zero stars if possible. Brought car in the day after I bought it. Three sensor errors and my bumper hit. They said Hyundai refused to cover repairs to the sensors under warranty because bumper damage must have caused sensor errors. The bumper damage was tiny and having driven the car for only one day - I knew and had time-stamped photo proof the sensors were broken before the bumper was hit. My insurance agent had also inspected the car with zero damage that day. And the dealer refused to check the car computer to find out when the sensors had failed. They also left me stranded at my job when they said they would pick me up. My phone died so I couldn't taxi or Uber - so I was forced to walk more than a mile to the dealership in the dark. Now - absolutely no one from the dealership is returning my texts, emails or calls. Employees involved include Gabriel in the service department and Roman - whose card says "Customer Experience" on it. More
The service department took good care of me. I dropped off my car and needed to return home. The shuttle had already departed, so they had a driver take me home. I appreciated that. On Saturday, Sept 30th, I was towed to Napletons Hyundai of West Palm Beach. I had a flat tire & a missing key fob which I dropped in my car & was unable to find. Roman & Cayden took care of my vehicle & th of West Palm Beach. I had a flat tire & a missing key fob which I dropped in my car & was unable to find. Roman & Cayden took care of my vehicle & their service was extraordinary! They even came by on a busy day to give me updates on how the work was progressing. The tire was repaired & the missing key fob was found. I was overjoyed. Both Roman & Cayden saw to it that my needs & concerns were handled satisfactorily by the Service Dept & I highly recommend both of them for your automotive needs. Thank you, Nadine Alterman More

Bought a new car on Saturday had no A/C on Monday. Ended up at this service department and it has honestly been the biggest disappointment ever!!! They did not call when it was ready as promised. I tried 5 times to reach them by phone they would answer then hang up. Finally I convinced operator to walk over and get someone. Car had been ready for three hours. On top of that they didn’t have part. Two weeks later still no part no call. I tried calling so I left three voicemails still no call. Buyer beware!!! More

They had me wait in my car for 45 minutes until a service employee came to me sitting in my car with the a/c running. I waited for 3 hours and finally went to my service rep and asked what was going on. He left the office to see what was going on. This took him 5 minutes. He came in and said the car was ready. When I complained about the lousy customer service, all they kept saying was that they were busy, expecting me to be understanding of their plight. Terrrible customer service. More
