He sold me my last car and he went above and beyond to make me feel like he had my back. I felt like familiy. He made sure I was happy with my puchase. He also wanted me to feel safe and secure with buying a car. I did not feel as if I was being manipulated or swindle. As a woman buying a car can be difficult but Carlos treated me as his own daughter. I was very happy with my purchase. More

I've been in the market for a minivan for several months and actively looking the past 4 months. Unfortunately, amidst the current market conditions with vehicle shortages and higher prices, it's been chall and actively looking the past 4 months. Unfortunately, amidst the current market conditions with vehicle shortages and higher prices, it's been challenging to find the right vehicle at the right price. I'm a patient shopper and never rush a purchase. My first and most recent visit to Napleton was the most rewarding. I was super pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service provided by CJ my salesperson who, from first contact to closing the deal, was very informative and communicative. His diligence in answering all my questions and attention to my needs made it possible for me to finally purchase a vehicle. All the boxes were checked and CJ ensured the vehicle was prepped and delivery met my "high" expectation. I made an appointment for service. AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I sat in the line for 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Then I was told 2 1/2 - 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE.
