Napleton had the car make, model and interior that I wanted on the lot. The dealer and the pricing personnel were able to negotiate a decent price and financing plan. I would have liked to know that there would be other warranty plan costs to be added on to the financing cost when getting to the financing department, because the "monthly payment" is what the dealer quote to you and then some. Overall, being my first car buying experience and my first car investment/commitment, Ishmael made the experience a comfortable one, and I love my new vehicle. More

Was a pleasure to work with at not at all high pressure nor was anyone I interacted with at Napelton. I felt that I got the deal I was looking for on a beauty of a car. I live in Boca but liked everything about the dealership so much that I think its worth the trip to use their service department rather than the one right down the street. Everyone was extremely courteous and I never got the feeling I was being rushed or pressured.Todd Holcomb was my sales associate. Ray Costello was the finance guy. Both are assets to Hyundai. I took the car in to have the coating treatment put on and noticed that the inside door panel had been damaged. The issue was dealt with immediately with no questions asked. New panel was ordered and replaced. More

Salesman was nice, but I now believe that he misled me to what I was getting. By the time we were ready to see the finance manager we were beat and just wanted to get out of there. The finance manager wore me down and got me to add on things that were overpriced and for the most part a waste. I had to return to the dealer to get this paint protection package put on, and while driving there I used the nav system, which took me to wrong location. I complained that the system was out of date, and they agreed to get me the update. After another trip there and another hour and half to update, there was no difference in the nav system. I called back to let them know, and still waiting to get a call back from service guy. Overall feel that I was not treated well. More

I am impressed with the Sonata Limited and the professionalism and courtesy of the Sales Rep. Tracy Laughlin, AJ the Manager, and Paul the Finance Officer. They are the example of the perfect staff and how things should be done, and how customers should be treated. More
A Half-day Sale of a Car Like the Sonata and the deal was decent... the usual back and forth, too little offered, can't do it, but maybe, etc. Some things never change. Buying a car is always a task but Napelton's was ok. The finance guy talks a good line, too but since I paid it off in 60 days rather than 60 months, didn't matter. Dustin was quite responsive and the trade in was at a fair price. There were long waits when we just sat at a table alone, seemingly just to keep us in sight. The car itself was explained very adequately by the salesman, who was new and candid, I liked that part. One little problem that required a service visit was terrible. Long wait for so little a job, some arrogance on service mgmr's part, but all in the past now. Hyundai makes a xxxx nice car. More

He was friendly and helpful from the start, and we visited a couple times on different days, I would go back in a heartbeat for any vehicle changes or upgrades. NO! NO! NO! Bait and switch!!! After negotiating on the phone with Karen and telling her exactly the package we wanted on the car (NUMEROUS TIMES) and the fina Bait and switch!!! After negotiating on the phone with Karen and telling her exactly the package we wanted on the car (NUMEROUS TIMES) and the final price we wanted to pay INCLUDING TAX AND FEES, she came back and said that we were good so we drove to the dealership at 9PM, were greeted by Karen and that was the last we saw of her.We asked to speak with her many times during the transaction but she was always "busy" and not able to meet with us again. The sales manager told us that she never told him we wanted the equipment package we had requested but we were never able to confirm this with Karen as she was kept incommunicado from us. After an hour of a parade of first one salesperson and then another we finally got to the price we were quoted. And then, LO AND BEHOLD, they "discovered" they had made a mistake and were pricing the wrong vehicle that did not have the equipment that we wanted and if we wanted the one we had originally requested it would be almost $4000 more. I have been buying cars for 52 years and that was a new one for me and I thought I had heard it all! Silly me. In addition, we had already gotten a price of $18k for our trade in from CarMax who told us that the rear quarter panel had been painted. (We did not know that as we bought the car as a CERTIFIED USED CAR from BMW and the Carfax was absolutely clean). Napleton said the same thing but was only going to give us $15k for the car and then the sales manager accused me of lying because I did not say that the quarter panel had been painted. This experience was by far the absolute worst I have ever had with a car dealership. I thought all of these tactics were long gone and that the auto sales industry had cleaned up its' act but all of the old and horrible "car saleman" cliches are alive and well at Napleton Hyundai...And it's really a shame on them! RUN AWAY FAST!!!!! More
