Wish I had not stepped in the building I tried to get the cheapest car possible and the only reason I came to Napleton was because I have a great history with Mike at the service area. To s I tried to get the cheapest car possible and the only reason I came to Napleton was because I have a great history with Mike at the service area. To say I'm unsatisfied is an understatement. I was there 7 hours and I got an accent (the worst car offered) for 180ish a month. I just saw several adds on TV and on the website about getting cars that are two steps up from an accent for 159$ a month. Plus another deal on an infomercial that said I could own a sonata for only 225$ a month financing. Also I had an agreed deal that I liked but it was changed last minute and because I had been there 7 hours I accepted because I was tired and hungry and I wanted to leave. At no point were my wife and I offered food and I had to run to chiptole myself at 8:30pm so my wife would not pass out of hunger. Whenever I pass Napleton I get a bad taste in my mouth now when I used to be so pleased with the service. I am a busy man who runs his own business and I do not have time and I have been called many many times for my pay stubs when I already brought them to Napleton and they told me they were too "blurry" when all they needed to do was photocopy them. The only reason I have not tried to return the car already is because it was parked and someone scratched a tiny bit of paint off it with a shopping cart or something while I was in a store at least I got the wear and tear insurance. Anyway, to sum it up, I feel cheated, wronged, and am now stuck with a car that now, after seeing deals that I could of gotten on better cars for cheaper on your advertisements, hate driving and feel like an idiot. Will not be ever going back if possible in my life and will not suggest to anyone I know or in my company. Thanks for nothing. More
