Hidden pricing and fees!! Talked with sales manager several times about cars interested in. Then just prior to going in had some further questions. When specifying the car the price was $1,000 more than advertised online. Then was informed that there was an $1895 certification fee on top of that. And of course, the infamous dealer fee ($899) and who knows what else these crooks would slap on when actually purchasing. Very deceptive sales tactics. Don't know why anyone would ever do business with this operation. A total waste of my time!!! More

Leasing vehicle I had a very unpleasant experience with the financing. During discussions with sales on pricing and length of lease we verbally agreed to a 36 month l I had a very unpleasant experience with the financing. During discussions with sales on pricing and length of lease we verbally agreed to a 36 month lease. We ended up signing the contract at close to midnight after being there since 1:30pm with a toddler. Everyone was exhausted and we basically signed documents in a quick manner. After two days I realized I signed a contract for 48 months which was never discussed nor verbally agreed on. This was a very unpleasant experience and I was treated in a very condescending manner by Lynn in Finance basically telling me I was irresponsible for signing a contract and not looking at it. My response to her was that I had no reason to mistrust an entity as Hyundai because I didn't feel I needed to mistrust and look through every document close to midnight and in the conditions that we were in. Thankfully everything was resolved in a timely manner and I was able to get what I was promised and what was agreed to. My salesman Keith was amazing and very professional as well as Lou in finance and Luis in sales. If it wasn't for their professionalism and kindness I would never consider returning to Napleton Hyundai but they made my experience better. More
