Horrible service department. Had an appointment to fix the recall on the vehicle. Appointment was at 12:30. They had me wait in my car for 45 minutes until a service employee came to me sitting in my car with the a/c running. I waited for 3 hours and finally went to my service rep and asked what was going on. He left the office to see what was going on. This took him 5 minutes. He came in and said the car was ready. When I complained about the lousy customer service, all they kept saying was that they were busy, expecting me to be understanding of their plight. Terrrible customer service. More
The worst service department I have ever dealt with. I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for 40 minutes for a service adviser to talk to me. While I was waiting, at least (5) advisors passed by me like I had a 1:00 appointment and waited for 40 minutes for a service adviser to talk to me. While I was waiting, at least (5) advisors passed by me like I was invisible. When I complained, I was told we will be right with you. After another 20 minutes, I complained to another advisor & was told they are 45 minutes behind. If I was told that when I got there, I would have left, as I had some place I had to be. Will never go there again. More
Had bad service yesterday, 7:30am appointment, That they didn't have.. 40 minutes to check in, was only 5th in line.. Service people were wandering around getting coffee and ignoring everyone.. Was told wo didn't have.. 40 minutes to check in, was only 5th in line.. Service people were wandering around getting coffee and ignoring everyone.. Was told work would take 1 hour.. After 3 hours I called, no answer in service Dept. Soon after they called... car ready.. I've been to the one on Northlake.. Service Outstanding !! They keep you post all day and were very helpful.. Even washed and vacuum my car.. West Palm Beach didn't do either!! Won't go back again!!! Poor service.. Then got E mail today, unsigned, saying they were sorry and to call a number to make it up.. Called, it was their switchboard who knew nothin about it.. After 3 connections, was connected to Service manager, Mike Clancy's phone.. NO ANSWER!! Left message for call back, NO CALL... Imagine that!!! Strike 2 !!! Won't wait for strike 3, Going back to Northlake!!! More
There is a recall on my car. I called and ordered the part 2 weeks prior to my appointment. They told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. I get there at my appointment tim I called and ordered the part 2 weeks prior to my appointment. They told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. I get there at my appointment time and waited an hour to be seen by someone. They procede to tell me that they do not have the part. I did not receive a call from anyone about this. The employee proceeds to put his finger in my face and tell me that I need to calm down and to not come back to their dealership. They are the most inefficient service department. They are slow and eating food while checking peoples cars. The worst! More
Bought a used vehicle here that needs $2500+ worth of repairs within the first month. They had been made aware there were issues the day after purchase. Advised me I bought the car as-is and declined the repairs within the first month. They had been made aware there were issues the day after purchase. Advised me I bought the car as-is and declined their $4,000 extended service contract, so the best they could do is provide $800 towards the issues that obviously existed prior to sale. Yes I got scammed by them and feel like an idiot, and who has $1700+ laying around to fix a car you just bought, put money down on, and haven’t even made the first payment yet. If my experience can deter anyone else falling for this stealerships ways, hopefully they lose more money than it would have been to just do right by a customer. Typical dealership, once they get your money nobody responds or answers to you, have no idea how they’ve been in business since 1931. Sometimes the cost of doing business is losing money on a deal and doing right, there’s a line of suckers walking in the door right behind me to line your pockets. To whomever does respond to this tells me to contact them to make it right, trust me I’ve talked to the GM, assistant GM or sale manager and that’s the solution they provided. Also, per my GPS the only test drive they did was to Chik-Fil-A for lunch, nice. More
Nick at the service department is awesome, he goes above and beyond in his work ethics. If anyone has vehicle issues, I would highly recommend go see him and beyond in his work ethics. If anyone has vehicle issues, I would highly recommend go see him More
